I’m a New Mexico-born, Oklahoma-bred, New York City girl!  My relationship with Jesus is the centerpiece of my life and the lifeblood of all I am.  This season of my life is about discovering the intense freedom I have in Jesus, not to exploit His blessings, but to meet the challenge of living the abundunt life only He can offer.  I am enjoying, like I never have before, the pursuit of following Him and seeing His church love the world.

I am married to Daniel who, of all the things he loves, loves me the most.  He’s always on my side, takes great pleasure in the craziness that I sometimes am, refills his drink with Diet Dr. Pepper because he knows it’s my favorite, carried me past the rats on the sidewalk after I freaked out and jumped on his back, and loves Mexican food as much as I do.  What would I do without him?!  We’re expecting our first baby in less than a month: a girl we’ll name Addelane and some yet-to-be-determined middle name.  I’m still working at my part-time job as a strings teacher and counting down the days until the baby comes.

I love politics, Reader’s Digest, violin, discovering New York City, folding laundry, The Office, picture frames, anything red, afternoon naps, church, and eating out.
